Ethics Policy – IPP Music & You Hit Zero

At Innovative Performance Productions, LLC (IPP Music), we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of personal, organizational, and corporate ethics. Every staff member, contractor, and contributor is expected to embody these standards in all business and editorial dealings, ensuring that trust, fairness, and integrity guide everything we do.

Core Ethical Standards

  • Honesty, Transparency, and Fairness:
    IPP Music representatives act honestly and fairly in all interactions with clients, customers, partners, and the cheerleading community. We do not misrepresent ourselves, our services, or our intentions in any context.

  • Conflicts of Interest:
    Any real or perceived conflicts of interest must be disclosed to our Human Resources department. Should a conflict arise, it is reviewed and resolved transparently to prevent undue influence over editorial or business decisions.

  • Gifts, Perks, and Compensation:
    IPP Music’s policy is not to accept gifts, perks, or compensation from advertisers, vendors, or business partners. If an exception is made and a gift is accepted, it will be disclosed transparently in any situation where the company’s impartiality or actions could be reasonably questioned.

  • Editorial and Business Independence:
    All editorial and business decisions are made independently, without undue influence from advertisers, sponsors, vendors, or third parties.

  • Confidentiality:
    All staff and contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of customer, client, business, and personal information, in accordance with applicable laws and IPP Music’s Privacy Policy.

  • Accuracy and Integrity in Content:
    Plagiarism, fabrication, and misrepresentation are strictly prohibited. All published work must be original or properly cited and fact-checked to the best of our ability.

  • Respectful Conduct:
    IPP Music expects all team members to treat clients, readers, colleagues, and competitors with respect and professionalism at all times—on and off the record, online and offline. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind is not tolerated.

  • Social Media and Public Representation:
    When representing IPP Music on social media or any public forum, staff and contributors must act politely, respectfully, and in line with these ethical standards, maintaining the company’s reputation and values.

  • Zero Interaction with Minors:
    To protect the safety and well-being of athletes and minors, there is zero interaction between IPP Music employees or contractors and any individuals under the age of 18. All communications and services are directed exclusively toward adults, coaches, and gym staff.

  • Legal Compliance:

Reporting and Enforcement

If you have an ethical concern or need to report a possible breach of this policy, please email us at info@ippmusic.com with the subject line: ETHICAL CONCERN:
All reports will be treated confidentially and reviewed informally by leadership and our Human Resources department. Appropriate action will be taken based on the nature of the concern. Breaches of this Ethics Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of contracts or partnerships.
