INNOVATIVE PERFORMANCE PRODUCTIONS LLC

Diversity Staffing Report – IPP Music & You Hit Zero

At Innovative Performance Productions, LLC (IPP Music), diversity and inclusion are integral to who we are and how we operate. Our company is committed to maintaining a workplace that is professional, respectful, and open to all—regardless of personal background, identity, or circumstances.

Team Structure & Collaboration

IPP Music is a small, highly collaborative company led by founder and owner Steve Pawlyk, employing two full-time staff members and working with six to seven long-term contractors. Our contractors are remote specialists who contribute to day-to-day operations, creative production, customer service, and technical support for ippmusic.com.
For every product we deliver, multiple team members and contractors perform specialized, essential roles—making our work a true team effort. Each step in the process is vital to the finished product’s quality and success.

Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity Statement

IPP Music is committed to equal opportunity and fair treatment for all employees, contractors, and applicants. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
All hiring, contracting, and assignment decisions are made strictly based on professional qualifications, skills, experience, and the needs of our clients and business.

Diversity in Staffing

We do not collect or track demographic data about our staff or contractors. However, we are proud to work with a team that includes individuals who self-identify as LGBTQ+, Black, Hispanic, white, and Asian, and both male and female professionals. We believe that a diverse set of perspectives and backgrounds strengthens our work and our connection to the cheerleading community.

Accessibility & Accommodation Policy

IPP Music operates as a fully remote organization. We are committed to providing equal opportunity to individuals with disabilities. Because our work is performed remotely, we welcome applications and collaborations from anyone—regardless of physical ability.
If an employee or contractor requires a reasonable accommodation to perform their job duties due to a disability, we will work collaboratively and in good faith to provide the necessary support, consistent with the nature of remote work and our operational capabilities.

Workplace Culture

Our workplace is built on collaboration, professionalism, and mutual respect. Every project relies on the unique contributions of multiple team members and contractors—removing any step in our workflow would compromise the integrity of the final product. We value honest feedback, open communication, and the collective success of the entire team.

Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Harassment

Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind is not tolerated. Any reports or concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly by company leadership.

Transparency and Contact

IPP Music welcomes questions or concerns about our diversity practices and workplace culture. To contact us, email info@ippmusic.com with the subject line: DIVERSITY INQUIRY.
We are always seeking ways to strengthen our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as our business evolves.

IPP Music remains dedicated to building a company where talent, collaboration, and professional contributions are valued above all else. Our differences make us stronger, more creative, and better able to serve the global cheerleading community.
