Innovative Performance Productions, LLC (doing business as IPP Music) is a privately held limited liability company headquartered at 17 Sheffield Dr, Windham, NH 03087. IPP Music is solely owned and operated by founder Steve Pawlyk.

Company Structure

IPP Music operates as a small business with two full-time employees and a rotating group of six to seven long-term contractors. These contractors support all aspects of the business, including music production, website management, content creation, customer service, and other specialized functions.

Editorial Independence & Financial Integrity

• Private Ownership:
  IPP Music is 100% privately owned and operated. The company is not publicly traded and has no external shareholders, investors, or controlling interests outside of Steve Pawlyk.
• No Outside Funding:
  IPP Music is entirely self-funded. We have not received any grants, outside investments, or third-party funding.
• No Sponsored Content or Paid Advertisements:
  All revenue is generated through the sale of customized cheer music, premade mixes, and related products and services. Our editorial platform, You Hit Zero, does not accept paid advertisements, sponsored posts, or paid editorial content of any kind.
• No Affiliate Relationships:
